The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the front of house manager Victor Getov. He quickly resolved a bed allocation misunderstanding and even provided a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. The amazing views of the city from the room were fine. The hotel's facilities were great, including a well-equipped gym. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. the hotel staff were happy to arrange transportation, such as taxis.

Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia - The Most Spacious Rooms In Sofia offers beautiful views, clean and cozy rooms, and a great location. The bellboy provided excellent service and the WiFi throughout the hotel was reliable. We enjoyed the stylish dinner on the 29th floor with a perfect view. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at breakfast were really good too make us feel important.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city with all the nice restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were very helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bathroom was also spacious and modern. The service was top-notch, with polite and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the well-equipped fitness gym and the spa facilities.

There was no fridge or mini bar in the room.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the variety of high-end restaurants to the top-notch spa and wellness center, everything was exquisite. the large, modern rooms were clean and plush with bright, beautiful views from the window.

The heating system, which was a bit noisy during the night. it was only a minor issue compared to all the other lavish experiences the hotel provided.

The rooms were fantastic, spacious and clean. The view from our room was amazing, offering a fine panorama of the city. The facilities were excellent, especially the top-floor bar/restaurant with its exclusive ambiance and amazing view. The staff provided great service, including room service, and the casino was a fun experience. Everything was kept clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast could have been better, especially considering the high price. The space for breakfast was small and lacked signs for directions.

We had a luxurious stay with outstanding exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and full body massage. the staff offered impeccable service, ensuring all our needs were fulfilled. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas were perfect for in-room breakfast and the sun terrace provided gorgeous views of the city. Cons: While everything was perfect, we felt that the TV could have had smart technology to stream services for a more comfortable stay. it was a minor issue that did not affect our experience overall.
